Come and help our chefs prepare meals for those affected by the disaster, as well as first responders, volunteer doctors, and others in need. We will be prepping and delivering 500+ sandwiches and meals three times a day and need help in the kitchen!
Location: Casa Troccoli, 5a Avenida Norte, Antigua Guatemala
We also need drivers with vehicles 3 times a day to take food to various locations in the area. Drivers should be very familiar with the areas surrounding Antigua and Fuego Volcano and fluent/highly proficient in Spanish.
YOU MUST HAVE A LARGE VEHICLE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR DELIVERY (vehicle MUST be clean and have space for food - SUVs, Pick-ups, Truck, anything with a hatchback preferred). Drivers will be needed at 8:00am, 12:00 pm, and 4:00 pm. [Please note that drivers may not be needed every day and it is possible we will not need your help after you sign up. We will let you know in advance if that happens!]
Once you've signed up, you are confirmed for your shift! If you can't make it for any reason, please remove your name from the list as soon as possible!

Nuestros chefs necesitan ayuda con la preparación de comidas para los damnificados, y también para los rescatastistas, doctores voluntarios, y otros. Prepararemos y entregaremos 500+ sandwiches y comidas tres veces al día, y necesitamos ayuda en la cocina!

También necesitamos conductores con vehículos 3 veces cada día para llevar comida a varios lugares. Los conductores deben conocer muy bien las zonas alrededor de Antigua y el Volcán de Fuego, y tener un nivel de español nativo o muy avanzado.
ES NECESARIO TENER UN VEHÍCULO GRANDE SI QUIERES AYUDAR CON LAS ENTREGAS (tu vehiculo DEBE estar limpio y tener espacio para comida - SUVs, pick-up, camioneta de prefencia). Necesitaremos conductores a las 8:00am, 12:00 pm, y 4:00 pm. [Por favor entiende que es posible que no vayamos a necesitar conductores todos los días, y que es posible que no necesitemos tu ayuda después de que te inscribas. Te dejaremos saber con antelación si este es el caso.]
Una vez inscrito, estás confirmado para ese turno! Si no puedes llegar por cualquier motivo, por favor quitar tu nombre del listado lo antes posible!

Rescate started as a group of local Guatemalan wanting to organize three different channels of information. People looking to help, people wanting help and people who had information. Their registration is mainly for people offering information and direct contacts of informal shelters.
