Exotic Fruits // Guatemala

Here in Guatemala we have a wide array of fruits and veggie to choose from at the local market. Most of the produce is grown right here in country, while a few things do come in from Mexico. We easily find bananas, limes, avocados, garlic, mangos, pineapple, melons, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and beets (to name a few). Bananas, Sugar Cane and Coffee are Guatemala's top commodities, but we are always interested in the lesser known produce.

We decided to take a peek through the local market to see what we could find and bring some interesting fruits back to the HIPTIPICO HQ to learn more!
