Hiptipico prides itself on uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the handmade nature of our collections, the color and patterning will vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes our products uniquely charming and distinct from factory-made accessories. No two are exactly same!

Imperfections are to be expected and appreciated. 

Because we operate out of Guatemala, your Hiptipico purchase may be traveling a long way to your doorstep. Leave a note at checkout if you have a tight deadline for receiving your package. 


Shipping Policies 

We offer Free Shipping to the USA on orders over $100!

≫ Please allow 3 business days for your order to process prior to shipment. Unless otherwise noted in the product description.

≫ Please allow 7 -10 days transit time for your order to be delivered.

* Please allow additional time for international orders. 

≫ Need a speedy delivery? SHOP our Domestic Stock for product in stock in our US-based warehouse with delivery time being approximately 3 - 5 days.
 
≫ Want a product in Guatemala to arrive faster? Express Shipping from Guatemala is available for an additional $50. Transit time is 3 days to the USA and 5 days for international. ≫ info@hiptipico.com

Returns & Exchanges 

All Sales are FINAL ≫ we cannot exchange or return an item if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully and read product descriptions thoroughly.

 Be sure to scroll through before placing your order and leave a note at checkout if there is a particular color or pattern that you are interested in. We do our best to accommodate each and every request! Due to the amount of care and time put into each individual order, we cannot accept returns at this time.

 If you are completely unsatisfied with the variation of the item you receive, we will gladly work with you on exchanging for a similar item in stock. Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available.

≫ If fault or breakage occurs within 7 days of delivery, under normal wear and tear circumstances, we will gladly work with you on replacing your item. Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available.

≫ Customers pay return or exchange postage fee

≫ Hiptipico is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided.
